What is Lassi?

Lassi is an authentic Indian yoghurt drink made by blending yogurt, water and other ingredients such as salt, sugar, spices or fruit (depending on the type of Lassi) until the drink becomes frothy.

It is consumed by over one billion Asians throughout the world. With its smooth, cool and refreshing taste, it is the perfect accompaniment to the hot and spicy flavours that epitomise the cuisine of India.

It is also known to be increasingly popular at Indian restaurants as the truly authentic culinary complement.

Our Suncrest Pineapple & Coconut Lassi

A first for the UK market place, we blended together pineapple juice and coconut flavour with smooth yoghurt to form a delicious new lassi yoghurt drink.
