Kulfi is an Indian ice cream. With it's cardamom and saffron flavours and oh-so-milky texture, it's sure to have you hooked. To make Kulfi ice cream, the Indian makers condense or boil down the milk in large earthenware pots. When done the mixture is poured into smaller earthenware containers and mixed with nuts and flavours, sealed with dough and finally frozen.
