What is Lassi?

Lassi is an authentic Indian yogurt drink made by blending yogurt, water and other ingredients such as salt, sugar, spices or fruit (depending on the type of Lassi) until the drink becomes frothy.
It is consumed by over one billion Asians throughout the world. With its smooth, cool and refreshing taste, it is the perfect accompaniment to the hot and spicy flavours that epitomise the cuisine of India.

It is also known to be increasingly popular at Indian restaurants as the truly authentic culinary complement.

Our Suncrest Tropical Lassi

We love fruit, so we launched a first in Lassi in the UK. We blended together a fusion of 5 mouth-watering tropical fruits including oranges, pineapples, apricots, passion fruit and apples with smooth yoghurt to form a delicious and fruity Lassi Yogurt drink. Our Lassi not only tastes good, it’s virtually fat free too (so can be used in conjunction with your diet).
